Everything we needed was here, and the place was tidy, cozy, and well located. The one thing that made us a little uncomfortable was a smell from the kitchen sink. It didn't upset us, though. Otherwise, it was perfect and really worth it.

The staff were so kind and attentive, especially when they helped sort out a problem with our suitcase at the airport. They got it resolved without any complications. The facilities were comfortable, clean, and clearly well looked after. We were also in a great spot, just a few minutes on foot from Namba and Dotonbori, so we could enjoy the city without needing transport. Our stay at this Osaka hotel was wonderful, and we'd definitely come back on our next trip. Highly recommended!
