Chuan House Osaka

We’re here for five nights and already love our stay. The apartment is a lovely size for two, with a spacious bathroom and a washing machine. The staff have been friendly and attentive, and the service has been impeccable. We’ll definitely stay here again. Big love from Australia!

Really comfortable and very clean place to stay. The staff are helpful and speak English.

The room was dusty enough to bother my skin, though the problem cleared up after I got home. Keep that in mind if dust affects you. Otherwise, the house was clean and comfortable, even though it wasn't large, and it felt like experiencing a modern Japanese home. I had a bedroom, and the Japanese-style toilet and washbasin were in separate spaces. They provide two towels, one long and one short, and you can exchange them once during your stay, so you'll need to wash them and your clothes. There's a washing machine and detergent, plus plenty of hangers. You can borrow a frying pan and knives, and cook with groceries from the nearby supermarket. Warm water, air conditioning, and a heater are available too.

The staff were very nice, though I barely needed to talk with them. The apartment is in a quiet area, near the JR loop line and just one stop from Osaka Castle Park. Mine had tatami, though rooms with Western beds are available too. There’s a washing machine and a little kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and stove, plus air conditioning, good Wi-Fi, and a small balcony. Cute English stickers around the place explain how to use the appliances. The washing machine instructions aren't in English, but it was easy enough to figure out.
