This was a last-minute hotel change for us, and it turned out to be a great choice. The location is convenient, around a four-minute walk from the train to the entrance, with Lawson, 7 Eleven, and Starbucks nearby for coffee or a quick breakfast. For the Shinkansen, keep in mind the closest station needs a transfer, or you can walk about eleven minutes to another one. Our room was a reasonable size by North American hotel standards. We could leave our large checked bag and carry-on open and accessible without feeling cramped. The hotel has thought of the amenities, and there were extra items in the lobby to take upstairs. The Refa hair tools were fun to try, and the pajamas were really comfortable. We got there before check-in to leave our bags and head out. The hotel lent us umbrellas for the rain. When we came back, check-in was quick, our luggage was ready, and we went straight to the room. The concierge had kindly put us on a higher floor. Checkout was quick too. It felt closer to a four-star than a three-star hotel, and the value was great.

The price was hard to beat for what we got, and we’d definitely come back. There’s a supermarket right next door, with Starbucks and a 7-Eleven by the metro, so everyday needs were just a minute away. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the hotel was very clean, modern, and well kept.

The service really stood out. After checking out, I realized at our next hotel that I’d left my camera battery and charger behind. I emailed the hotel asking them to forward the items, and within 20 minutes the front desk at our next hotel called to say Daiwa Roynet had contacted them and was sending everything over. They handled it incredibly quickly. The location was central, with short walks to subway stations for Osaka’s popular areas and Shin-Osaka Station. They also lent us umbrellas on the one rainy day. It was a wonderful stay, and I’ll keep recommending this hotel.

I really enjoyed my 6-night stay. The cafe breakfast was tasty, and the coffee made my mornings brighter. We paid for a stay with breakfast included. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfy, and the front desk was nice. The hotel is handy for the metro and kombini. I was surprised to find Refa hair dryers and straighteners available. We checked in on 31oct, and there were cute Halloween decorations. No tricks, just lots of treats: drip coffee, tea bags, bath salts, toiletries, and Kose travel-size skincare packs.

My family had a great time and we’d definitely return to this premier hotel. It was very nice and clean, and the breakfast was really good. Japan’s high standards came through again. Thanks to the staff and crew.
