This felt more like a private serviced apartment than a hotel, and it worked well for a family. The separate toilet and bathroom made the layout convenient. In the room there’s a washing machine, kitchenette, microwave, and a large fridge that holds plenty of groceries. It’s near the main road, with good food options and convenience stores around, and an easy walk to the Walking Street and Mega Donki. We’d definitely come back.

Not bad at all, and a good fit for a big group. For a smaller group like us, it felt very comfortable compared with other hotels. It’s an apartment of at least about 600 square feet, with two bedrooms, an elevator, and free laundry machines and towels downstairs in the lobby. I thought it was much better than Abnb.

E-stay Namba was a really convenient base for exploring Osaka. There are so many konbini and train stations nearby, and everything we needed was a short walk away. Tamade supermarket is right across the road, which made picking up groceries and snacks easy. At first it was a little hard to reach the staff directly. Once I messaged through the Booking.com platform, they got back to me very quickly and were helpful. The location made it easy to get to food, shopping, and transport.

The room was big and clean, and close to all the Metro stops. We had kids and large luggage, though, so carrying everything up three flights of stairs was rough.
