We stayed as a family and had a small issue, but a staff member came right over after we emailed, which was a huge help. We’re really grateful for how quickly they responded. The cleaning also surprised us. It was meticulous, right into every corner, and made for a very comfortable stay. It’s rare to find a hotel this spotless. The staff service was outstanding too, and we definitely want to come back.

The hotel is in a quiet part of town at night, even though the Tsutenkaku tower area is nearby. The room worked well for three people, with space for each of us to make a little corner for our luggage. Check-in and check-out were easy, though I didn’t really encounter any service despite giving the service category five stars. The room isn’t cleaned until every eight days, so ours wasn’t cleaned during our four-day stay. It was easy enough to keep tidy, and there’s a spot for trash and recycling. The hotel is between a few train stops. Google says a 9-10 minute walk, but I walk fairly fast and it took me more like 6-7 minutes. If I were traveling with my mother, I’d probably look for somewhere closer to a train since I wouldn’t want her walking too much.

The hotel itself is great, with a good price and lots of space. You need a code to get into the facility, and they let you store luggage before check-in or after check-out. It’s quiet at night, but the walk to the stations is a bit far. There are homeless people around, and some people sit in front of the vending machine to smoke or drink. There are also a lot of immigrants, who I found less friendly than Japanese people. Restaurant choices are limited, so it’s best to eat before coming back. I still recommend the place, but there’s a reason it’s cheaper. The JR station has just one exit with elevators, so if you have luggage or a stroller, be sure to use the shinseikai exit.

We were four friends on a trip, and the hotel was very clean with excellent service. There were plenty of towels, so all of us could use them freely, and having extra plates in the room was great for late-night snacks. The nearest station wasn’t too far, which made getting around convenient. Thank you!
