We had trouble and could go to the sister hotel across the street, which is open 24 hours, so that was reassuring. Our room had a kitchen and washing machine, both very convenient for a family stay. The hotel is near the station, Tsutenkaku, and the restaurant district, yet it’s quiet and safe. I don’t think there’s a better facility for families. I’ll come back next time I’m in Osaka.

The rooms are clean and really big, even by European standards. There’s handy luggage storage if you arrive before check-in. Check-in can be a bit of a pain since there’s no reception or staff on site, but if you need help, staff are at the nearby Namba south III location. You do need to be a bit tech savvy to check in and get into the room. The location is just perfect, close to Ebisu Cho and within walking distance of Namba train station. There’s a big supermarket across the main street and a combini (convenience store) around the corner. Shin seikai and lots of Osaka hot spots are walkable too. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and even helped send our luggage to Tokyo while we took a trip on the Shinkansen. Ebisucho Station is just a two-minute walk away, and having a family mart and matsuya nearby was great when traveling with kids.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and several key stations are close too. The mostly self-service check-in was quick and easy. The rooms are a little small, but had everything you could need.
