We were here from 26 to 29 Dec and made full use of the cooking and laundry facilities. The shower room’s clothing-dryer mode was handy too. The hotel is very close to the train station, and from there it’s only one stop to Dotonbori. It’s in a less crowded part of Osaka, but the train connections make it easy to get around the city. If you’re driving out of Osaka, the highway is only about 05 minutes away, so you can avoid city traffic. Great hotel, highly recommended.

We had just one night in Osaka, so I booked Eslead Hotel Namba South III for our last day. I hadn’t visited Shinsekai back in 2022, and I’ve no regrets about choosing this hotel. It’s only minutes on foot from Shinsekai, where we explored Osaka’s historic, retro area. Tsutenku Tower, lots of F&B, and shopping are there. It’s also within walking distance of Kuromon Market, with convenience stores everywhere and a lovely cafe directly across from the hotel. The room had three double beds and was OK, though a bit cramped with our luggage. Parking is next to the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis and costs 1,400 Yen per day. Check-in and check-out were easy.

The bathroom had a drying mode that made drying clothes really convenient. We had a very pleasant stay, and the room was clean, spacious, and well equipped with a kitchen and washing machine.

Having a car park right in central Osaka is a real plus for me. The little kitchen is handy too, especially for making a quick late-night meal.
