The staff were polite and helpful, and there’s free coffee too. The hotel is right in the city center, with a busy shopping street just beside it, good access to the train station and restaurants. Our room was nice and clean. It could have been a little bigger, but the size was still decent.

The room was small but fine for us, and it was clean and really quiet at night, so it should suit light sleepers. Staff were super friendly. Only a few spoke English, but we managed to communicate easily. It’s close to the market and convenience stores, and getting to the attractions we’d planned was easy. During our Osaka trip, this was one of the best hotels we booked, 10/10.

It’s a very new hotel, and the staff are excellent. There are several cafes around it, and the shopping street is just around the corner. The room was new too, but the toilet is tiny, especially the bowl. Super mini!

The staff are the main reason I’d recommend this hotel. They’re professional and make you feel welcome and at home. Mr Khand Kumar really stood out, always welcoming, smiling, and attentive. He’d be a great asset to the establishment. The location is strategic, right by Shinsaibashi walking street, the rates are good and affordable, and the room size is good too. Well done…
