The room felt dated and the food was fine, though nothing special. The area is a little rough, but that's part of staying here. I only spent one night, and for the price I don't have any real complaints. My booking included two meals, and beyond the adult amenities there were more lotions, hair products and bath items than I've seen at some nicer chains.

For all the caveats, this is still among the cheapest places to stay in Osaka. But with the location and what comes with it, the savings aren't really that big. I booked well ahead, yet my room wasn't ready when I arrived for check-in, and I waited about 20 minutes even though it wasn't late. I also agree with other reviewers that you can book here without realizing it's a love hotel. That really shouldn't happen.

I booked through Booking and wasn't told this was a love hotel. I stayed because I couldn't get a refund, but I wouldn't come back. The room had a smoky smell and the kind of love hotel themed items you'd expect. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're actually looking for a love hotel.

The service wasn't dependable. Twice my breakfast was forgotten, so I had to wait longer, and it wasn't until my last day that I learned food could be ordered around the clock. Maybe the limited English between staff and me contributed, but I can't say for sure. The hotel itself was quiet, and the room was comfortable with what I needed. Breakfast was okay, though more choice would be nice.

The rooms are roomy and the beds are comfortable. Mine had a massage chair, TV, surround sound, karaoke system (Japanese only, unfortunately), a 100-inch projector, hot tub, air conditioning, and lots of skin and hair products. It's an easy five-minute walk from Juso station, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. I didn't try room service, but there is a laundry room and vending machines in the room with drinks and other items.
