The room felt small for a longer visit, but worked fine for a few nights. Kitahama train station is just around the corner, and the metro gets you near the main spots. Staff were helpful, and they let us store luggage both before check-in and after checkout. It was a little confusing at first to find reception, since it’s on the first floor.

This was good value in a convenient spot. Kitahama Station is a short walk away, making it easy to get around Osaka and reach major areas. The room was clean, modern, and well kept, with a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere for sleeping. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the polite staff were helpful. The calm area nearby has cafés and convenience stores. A reliable, clean option for business travelers or anyone staying in central Osaka.

The location is good, but I wouldn’t come back. My room on the 15th floor was extremely hot and poorly ventilated even though it was around 6C outside. I tried using the hotel laundry machines to dry my clothes a few times, but they weren’t working. Staff told me to look for a coin laundry nearby. After staying here, I understand why the reviews are so bad.

We liked that the hotel felt convenient without the crowds and foreign tourists you get around Namba. Rooms were modern, very clean, and a decent size. Yayoi downstairs serves affordable, quality Japanese set meals. The reception is on the 2nd floor. It’s a couple of minutes’ walk to the Sakaisuji subway line and 8-10 minutes to the Midosuji line.

The room was cozy and had the essentials, and breakfast was traditional Japanese style. There’s a central water source near the elevator. I couldn’t control the air conditioning, and there’s no smart TV with HDMI access.
