Convenient, though you get what you pay for. Every room is for smoking, and there are no non-smoking rooms. The price reflects the front desk service. Some male staff are impatient and hang up abruptly without even saying goodbye, though there are occasionally nice staff members. With no service charge, the value for money isn't bad.

I stayed here for a Universal Studios Japan trip, and the location was really helpful. Juso Station is nearby, with lots of restaurants around too. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom had plenty of room with a clean sink. My only small wish is that the pillow had been fluffier, since it felt a bit flat.

The price was reasonable, the facilities were fairly well-equipped, and the check-in was smooth with courteous staff. It worked well for a simple overnight stay. My room had a separate bath, but there was no door between the changing area and the bedroom. If privacy around changing is a concern, staying alone might be a good idea.

I was stranded at 2 AM after missing the last train, and all the internet cafes were full. I was desperate, so finding somewhere to stay was such a relief.
