The low price and well-equipped facilities are nice, but getting in with large suitcases is a pain because the entrance requires climbing stairs. The walls are extremely thin, so outside sounds come straight through, and trucks make the whole building shake.

The boat transfer was a fun part of our two-night stay, and after long days out we could relax in the Japanese-style room. With the kitchen's microwave and hot water bath, warming snacks for the kids was easier than at a hotel. We brought our elementary school-aged children for Universal Studios Japan and had looked at high-rise hotels, but were glad we picked this place. It was very clean, the host was easy to talk to, and the stay changed how I think about guesthouses and private rentals. There's no bathtub, though for the price it was perfect.

Really lovely room, everything was great. The location is the one drawback. We found a shared bike, though, so next time I hope we can use one from the station.

The person who took us by boat and tuk-tuk to and from Universal Studios Japan was very polite. The place itself was wonderful, right down to the rooms, amenities, and little details. I've stayed in lots of places, and this one's the best. I'd happily live here, lol. I'll definitely come back when I'm in the Osaka area.

They even took us to Universal Studios in a small boat, which was fantastic. We had a great stay, with excellent service, facilities, and a room.
