The room was clean and comfortable, and there were lots of outlets. They’re tucked into the corners, though, so an extension cord could come in handy if you’re sharing or want your phone charging by the bed. I was on the third floor, and the stairs up to the entrance felt a bit steep. Imamiya Station was less than a five-minute walk away.

Seven of us shared the second floor, with two bedrooms and a living room, for a reasonable price. The place was well cared for and felt comfortable, almost like home. The owner was incredibly kind, and I still remember that warmth and how at ease I felt even after returning to Korea. Dotonbori is a bit of a trek, around 40 minutes on foot, and a taxi costs about 11,000 won. The subway station right next door made getting around convenient.

We were in a quiet residential area, close to the station, and the place was easy to find on the street. The nearby ramen restaurant you recommended was a real treat, especially with as much kimchi as we wanted. I wish we’d had another chance to eat there. The clean, simple house had a typical Japanese feel. We stayed on the third floor, and since the bunk bed room next door was empty, they let us use it too, so we had the place to ourselves. They looked after us so well from booking through check-in that we felt safe and cared for.

The owner’s kindness really stayed with me. The cleaning staff thought we’d checked out and cleared away the late-night snacks we’d left in the fridge. When they realized the mistake, they came back after 11 PM with a whole bag of even tastier food and apologized over and over. That made the trip feel special. The shower supplies, towels, and bedding were all provided, and everything was very clean, much better than I expected.
