Homee Osaka

I’m supposed to arrive around 11:30 tonight, but I still haven’t received the check-in email. Klook told me there’s no front desk and that the hotel would email the instructions and access code 24 hours before arrival. I’ve tried contacting the hotel to ask about check-in, but haven’t been able to reach anyone.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the host got back to us quickly when we contacted him. I’d stay here again.

I was unsure after seeing the online reviews, but once I checked in, the room had everything I needed. The air conditioning was very strong, there was a small fridge, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water with adjustable pressure. It’s about a five-minute walk to the subway, with a 7-Eleven on the corner, and around four subway stops to Shinsaibashi. I spent seven days and six nights in Osaka over the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, and would consider staying here again next time.

This was my second stay here, and I was comfortable overall. One thing to check: all three remote controls had dead batteries, two for the TVs and one for the air conditioner. The air conditioner remote especially didn’t work, which made it a bit inconvenient to use. Thanks for looking into it.
