Mad Cat Hostel Osaka & Bar

I only planned to spend one night here, but stayed seven. It’s easily the best hostel I’ve experienced in all my travels, and the people are a big reason why. Guests are social and hang out in the common area, with a bar attached. The staff, including Maru and Kogo, were among the friendliest people I’ve met. This may be my first ever review, but I really wanted to thank them for making my trip and recommend the place.

The dorm felt a little cramped, but everyone was considerate and I slept well. The bed and facilities were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was great, and Zach and Pablo were fantastic hosts. The cats were fun too. Pretty much what you’d want from a hostel.

It had more of a shared-home feel than a hostel, with a really nice atmosphere and great staff. The beds were comfortable, had curtains, and there were free bathroom products. And the cats were adorable. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The bar gets pleasantly relaxed at night, with hostel guests and people from outside sharing drinks. I had an incredible time. The best part, though, was the people, including the staff, who made the place feel cozy and homey. Hanging out with the cats added to it.
