The room was pretty small, but it was clean and tidy, so that wasn’t a big deal. The staff were good and the price was reasonable. It’s fine for a short stay of a few days.

You can come and go at any hour, with no curfew, and the card key locks the room automatically. There are fixed check-in and check-out times, though, and no lockers for valuables. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with optional Wi-Fi and a fairly high-tech toilet. It’s close to the station and Morinomiya Piloti. Nearby convenience stores and supermarkets take a bit of a walk, but they’re still reachable on foot. The room has a shower but no bathtub or microwave. It does have a fridge, T-fal kettle, hair dryer, air conditioning, and TV.
The tatami had a lot of hair on it, which was unpleasant. I’d say the room is probably fine for one night. The price is low, so services are limited, and the place falls somewhere between a hotel and hostel. Check the official website for details, and read the cancellation policy carefully since fees start 30 days before the stay. Morinomiya and Tamatsukuri Stations are about equally far away. There’s a Lawson and Daily Yamazaki nearby, plus a Seven-Eleven at Morinomiya Station. Morinomiya Q's Mall is also there if you want to eat.
The rooms were very clean, and the facility seemed fairly new. It felt like an apartment turned into lodging, so I could hear quite a bit of noise from other rooms at night. There was even a notice saying someone had been asked to leave a room after a complaint, so guests may need to be considerate of each other. Check-in was by a PIN sent by email beforehand, with no front desk interaction. Morinomiya Station is a bit of a walk, though I didn’t think it was too far. I stayed alone in a room with only a shower and no bathtub, which could be disappointing if you want to take a bath.
It was reasonably priced and quiet at night. I was glad I didn't see anyone.
