One of the best. The receptionist named inabuti helped make check-in smooth even though there was a mistake with a site. There were lots of freebies too.

The pillows were really thin, so I asked reception about it. The man at the front desk was rude and wouldn’t help me. Very poor service.

The room was quiet, and the bed was really spacious. They even upgraded us to a larger size for free, and let us check in at 2 PM, before the usual 3 PM time. The bathroom water was warm and the ventilation worked well. The room was clean and nice, and I liked the stay overall. I worried about the nearby entertainment districts, with host bars and the like, but the hotel is close to Namba Station and there’s plenty to see nearby. One thing to keep in mind: I wanted to stay two nights, but when I tried to book the second night later, the weekday price had risen by 3,000 yen. It would probably be cheaper to reserve and pay for both nights together. I’d definitely visit again. Highly recommended!
