The area and the nearby homeless people, along with the railway track right beside the hotel, can give you a bad first impression. But I got used to it, and for the price and convenience it was actually pretty good. I found a very good deal, and the train noise wasn’t too bad since I can sleep through it. Shops and restaurants are within five minutes, and several stations are about two to ten minutes away. A few things didn’t go smoothly. The heater initially only blew cold air; I told the receptionist, who went downstairs and did something, and after a while it warmed up. The person next door had the same issue. Reception is only open at certain times, so getting help could be difficult if you arrive late or can’t get into the building. We were lucky and had no trouble reaching our room. The bathroom was the main downside. The shower tub is small enough that you might bump your head or the wall, and it’s awkward to turn or move around. The shower curtain was moldy and really needs replacing. I’d still recommend the hotel if you find a good rate and can sleep with a train passing every few minutes.

The Thai receptionist was very polite and helped quickly when an emergency came up. I was really impressed with the place and would like to return. If you’re thinking of staying here, I feel it’s one of the best options, and they’ll take good care of you. Thank you.

The balcony was a nice touch, and the room was clean. It’s also conveniently close to the train station. :)
