The staff seemed to have trouble communicating with foreigners and came across as if they just wanted to get rid of them. Other reviews mention the same thing.

I went to the hotel in person after calling about my regular medication, which I’d lost on the night of my stay. A female staff member told me they had kept it safely. I’m grateful to her for being so kind. Because of her, I was able to take my medicine without losing my balance. On the phone, a man who seemed to be the manager told me they had nothing like that, then said the hotel had been cleaned several times and my forgotten items were in storage before hanging up. The handling of lost items and the customer service were terrible. My regular medication is psychiatric and I have to take it daily. It’s disturbing to think what might have happened if I hadn’t gone back myself. The man who seemed to be the manager wasn’t there when I arrived, so I plan to discuss this properly tomorrow. This is an extreme example, but if someone died because of something like this, could he or the hotel group take responsibility? I hope they reconsider their proactive approach.

The place is convenient and has everything you need. But the payment process was extremely cumbersome and unpleasant. You choose a room on a screen when you arrive, get the key from the front desk, and then pay after entering the room. There’s a refrigerator, and drinks in the room cost extra. The payment machine responded very slowly and was hard to operate when I was slightly intoxicated. The front desk didn’t help at all.
