Hotel Forza Osaka Kitahama

The room was comfortable, clean and well cared for, and housekeeping brought the fresh towels we requested each day without any trouble. The beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was excellent, and the amenities by the lifts were handy. The lifts could be slow, as others have said, but it only mattered when we were in a hurry. Front desk staff were friendly, professional, approachable and quick to help, and we had no issues during our stay. We didn't eat breakfast here, so can't comment on it. The business district is peaceful on weekends and has a pleasant buzz on weekdays. The location made getting around very easy, close to Osaka Metro and within walking distance of the Keihan line, with convenience stores and a riverside walk nearby. We stayed while in Osaka and would happily return. Thanks for having us.

We spent three nights here and the room had more space than average, enough to open our luggage and still move around comfortably. It was quiet at night and the soundproofing was okay. Train stations and bus stops are a five-minute walk away, with convenience stores and drugstores a few blocks further. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, and the staff were very helpful. They provided a pajama dress, though I personally prefer a separate top and bottom.

The bed was so good I'd happily sleep in it again, and we loved the room and bathroom. They were more spacious than we expected, and the room had a window to look out of. The staff were welcoming, friendly and supportive. Breakfast was first class, so book it and try every menu each day. The hotel is near Lawson, Subway and parks, and it's clean and easy to get around. Amenities are by the elevator for you to pick up on your way to your room. I also loved the kids' amenity set. I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and I was lucky enough to get upgraded twice. The bed and the two soft and foam pillows were great, water pressure was excellent, and there were plenty of outlets for my devices. Breakfast had a delicious, balanced mix of Japanese and Western choices. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly and helpful, and even let me leave my luggage there for a whole week before check-in, which I really appreciated. It's only a two-minute walk from the metro. If you're coming from the airport on the Sakaisuji Line, Exit 1B has an elevator and escalator, which is a lifesaver with rolling suitcases. There's a Lawson right next door. Highly recommended!
