The staff were amazing and friendly. Even with a language barrier, they tried hard to communicate using translators and gestures, and their warm welcome after a long day felt homely. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and decent quality. The room was small, but cozy, comfortable, and clean, with enough space to rest and recharge. I wish there were a fitness room, even a small one. In winter, exercising outside can be a hassle, and with all the delicious food around, burning calories feels necessary. There are convenient shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, plus two Metro stations within a 3-5 minute walk on different lines, which makes getting around more efficient. I'd highly recommend this hotel to travellers.

The best part of our stay was the staff. Our car broke down in the parking lot, and they were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us sort it out. The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and well kept, with the subway just steps away and all the attractions less than a five-minute walk. We had an incredible stay. Thank you so much!

The room was a bit small, but there are plenty of amenities to choose from in the lobby, and the staff are nice and well trained. It's a good hotel in a good spot close to train and subway stations. Several convenience stores are nearby, with a 7-11 right next door.

So far, it's been lovely. The place is new, big, and spacious, with self check-in and free water in the lobby. From outside it's low-key, not flashy, but really convenient. There's a 711 right beside it and Family Mart close by too. Osaka Castle is about 30 minutes away, and there are a few good restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We spent 12 full days here in Japan. The room was comfortable for us, but it was dusty. After running the AC overnight, dust would be all over our shoes and clothes each morning, as if it had blown around the room all night. There was also a creepy gargoyle photo hanging over the bed. The amenities bar was very convenient and had most of the products we use daily. The location is excellent, quiet, and surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants, with a bus station nearby. We were happy with our stay overall. Thank you.
