I had to wait ages for the room to be cleaned, and they gave priority to a couple who arrived after me. The room smelled strongly of rotten ammonia and mold. After using the Muse, I got a sore throat, probably from the house dust. They shouldn’t offer rooms that smell bad or are very dirty. I never want to stay here again. It made me feel ill.

The location is good, but the hotel was hard to find. The woman at reception had a really bad attitude. I couldn’t see her face, but her tone and the way she spoke made it clear. I’ll never go back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The decor, equipment, location, service, and staff were all terrible.

The room hadn’t been cleaned. Trash was piled under the bed, and used contraceptives and other items were left beside the bin. The ventilation fan was broken, so the room was extremely humid. I’d suggest staying at a nearby hotel.

I was in Osaka for business and thought any cheap nearby hotel would do as long as I could sleep, so I came to check this one out. It was old 😅 The toilet door handle had come off and was held on with duct tape. At night, I could hear people talking in the next room and noise from the stairs. The noise was beyond what I expected, and I couldn’t sleep. I won’t come back.
