The place felt like a hotel in china. The Mandarin-speaking staff were impolite, even by non-Japanese standards. We booked for three people but only got amenities, pillows, and towels for two. There wasn’t any tea or coffee either, which surprised me since hotels at a third of the price provide those.

Be careful, the AC in some rooms only heats and doesn’t cool. I spent from 9 until midnight trying unsuccessfully to get it to cool, and was still awake.
