We loved having the onsen right at the hotel. The room with one double bed felt too cramped for two adults, though, so on our second day we upgraded to a standard room with two twin beds. Highly recommend.

The room and onsen were spacious, which was about the only upside for me. WiFi was slow and kept disconnecting, and parking wasn't complimentary, which surprised me for a hotel this size. Breakfast had very little variety, even less than at a typical business hotel. The onsen hours were awkward too, closing at 11pm with last entry at 10:30pm and only opening from 7-9am, right when breakfast is served. Gym and pool access costs ¥2,750 per visit, which is ridiculously expensive.

I came here for business, and the internet was weak at times. You also have to pay extra each time you want to use the gym, which feels odd for such a nice hotel. In other ways, it was great, and I liked the firm mattress.

Coming back after a day out, it was lovely to find everything spotless, even the pajamas. The rooms were really comfortable, and the public onsen was so relaxing. Service was incredible, and breakfast was delicious.
