There's a 7-Eleven about a minute away on foot, and the coin laundry downstairs on the first floor is handy. The room was clean and stylish, and the kids had toys to play with, which they enjoyed.

I came with a friend who’s also a mom, and we were each staying with our children. Our two rooms were on the same floor but separated by the elevator and emergency stairs, so they weren’t next door to each other. That arrangement let us stay without stressing over noise from one another.

The room had plenty of space, was clean, and was easy to use. It was also close to the station. My friend and I stayed here together, and I’ll definitely come back.

It took me asking before the booking site or management explained how self check-in worked. They asked for my personal details online, but the instructions for entering them were unclear, which made me uncomfortable. When I said I didn’t trust the process, the response was simply, “You can cancel if you like.” That left me questioning how they handle personal information, and I wouldn’t recommend the service. The owner replied to my review, but the attitude was just as I described. My point is that the booking site said no further steps were needed after booking. It would have helped if they had clearly said beforehand that I’d need to fill in fields and provide identification. I did follow the rules and submit my details under the terms and conditions. My concern is that they asked for this information later on the site, which I found untrustworthy. Then, in a Google Maps reply visible to many people, they disclosed that I was a customer intending to use their service. After I posted here, they went to the trouble of identifying me as that customer, and a company representative received a phone call. I don’t know what else to call that but misuse of personal information. Using my phone number for something other than an accommodation reservation is a major reason I don’t trust them. Their replies didn’t address that, and instead focused on things like Airbnb regulations. Their low ratings on other booking sites don’t surprise me. I hope nobody else becomes a victim.
