A quiet, very clean and tidy place, close to restaurants and shopping malls. The staff were all very nice, knowledgeable, and polite, and the hotel service was great. Coffee and snacks were available day and night, a lovely comfort before starting the day or after lots of walking around Japan. They also have a laundry room, and there was a flat iron available when I needed one. Amazing place!

The room was the highlight for me, especially having the toilet separate from the shower. It was clean, newly renovated, and felt fresh. The location was great, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

The location made it easy to get around, with everything in this popular Osaka district within walking distance. Service was great, and there’s someone at the front desk on the first floor around the clock. The lounge has free drinks like soda, coffee, water and matcha, plus snacks in the evening. They also provide lots of toiletries, face wash and hair milk. There are two laundry machines, though they take coins and can get busy since that’s all the building has. Our connecting rooms were quite small, and one had an AC unit with a moldy smell. I wish they’d checked or fixed it before we arrived. I’d stay again, but would ask them to address the AC smell first.

We paid $89 total for three of us, which felt very affordable for such a central spot. There’s a popular shopping area just about 10 steps away, with plenty of places to try authentic Japanese food, and convenience stores and restaurants all around. The metro takes roughly a 10-minute walk. Our room was clean and had three beds, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout. We also liked the first-floor welcome lounge, where tea, coffee, soft drinks and little cookies are free. I had a really good stay here. It’s comfortable, well located and great value. Highly recommended.
