There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and a Mega Donki close by, which made this a really handy place to stay. The room was a bit cramped for our 30 inch and 28 inch suitcases, and moving around was difficult. Smaller luggage would be easier. Apart from that, we had a great stay.

Getting around was easy since the hotel was simple to find, near two subway stations, and surrounded by places to eat, arcades and souvenir shops. The room may feel small to some, but it worked for us. What really made the stay was the staff. They were so helpful, polite and lovely, with the best customer service I’ve experienced. Thank you, we had an amazing stay!

The staff were the best part of my stay, a full 100/10. T. Maehara-san was always smiling and welcoming, and seemed so kind-hearted. A. Ueno-san was incredibly friendly and helpful too. I couldn’t see your smile behind the mask, but I could feel it in your eyes. I’m very grateful to you both, and wish you good health and wonderful days. I asked to take a photo with you, but won’t post it out of respect for your privacy. I hope this message reaches you. I’d rate the accommodation 9/10. I stayed January 14th to 19th. The hotel had the standard facilities and was near souvenir shops, pharmacies and Don Quijote, as well as a short walk from Tsutenkaku Tower and the train station. My room was well equipped, but I missed having an ice machine. The microwave was on the ground floor near reception, and there wasn’t a seating area to eat snacks, so it felt less private than other hotels in this chain where I’ve stayed in Tokyo. I realize that may not bother everyone.

A good affordable option in Osaka city, close to a shopping area and the train station. The staff were friendly with guests. Tea bags, instant coffee, toothbrushes, combs, mouthwash and other supplies are self-serve.
