I arrived to find no front desk and no email explaining how to get into my room. None of the phone numbers listed answered, and I spent around two hours trying to reach someone and figure out how to access a room. I couldn’t give this a lower rating. Avoid like the plague.

The subway was only a short walk away, and I could explore without much trouble. There was a little park nearby, plus plenty of restaurants and places to get a drink. I usually felt nervous traveling alone and had only taken guided tours before, so this first solo trip in Osaka was a big change. I wanted time to wander the alleyways, and I’m leaving with good memories. I hadn’t expected much because it was cheaper than other places.

We spent four days and five nights here on a recent trip to Osaka with friends. The facilities were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a great time and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend it.

The staff at Conitel Branch 4 are friendly, but construction next door made a lot of noise every morning during my long-term stay. I eventually canceled my contract and moved out because of the financial loss. Please keep the construction noise in mind when booking.

I picked this place for the value, but it turned out better than I expected. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I’m so grateful. I don’t usually write reviews, haha. Thanks to them I had a great time in Osaka, and I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip.
