The rooms were quite small, as is common in Japan, but they were clean, comfortable, well organized, and had what we needed. We stayed a few nights and had a great time. The hotel is modern and well kept, with a stylish lobby that feels more upscale than a typical budget place. It's conveniently close enough to walk to Kuromon Market, Namba, and public transit. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and glad to answer questions. The amenities were good, and breakfast had a decent range of food. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, modern hotel in a good Osaka location.

The best surprise was the huge bathtub, and the REFA headshower was a bonus. I fell for the Refa brand using it, even though the ridiculous price makes me think twice about buying one! I spent two days in Osaka, and the hotel was beside Kuramon market, within walking distance of the places I wanted to see. Restaurants, pubs, beauty shops, and dontobury were nearby too. The room was quiet and comfortable for sleeping, with a heater as well as air conditioning. The bed and comforter were so soft, and the room size was just right for two. They also offered free toiletries and candy at reception. For what I paid, it was worth it. Totally recommend staying here!

Parking right in front of the hotel was a real convenience and made things easier. We found the service very attentive, and the complimentary snacks added a nice touch. The hotel's elegant decor is thoughtfully done, and every area was spotless and smelled pleasant, creating a welcoming feel. It's also excellently located for getting to many great places. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels we've stayed in.

The shower and tub combination was the reason I booked Kuromon crystal hotel, and the restroom ended up being my favorite part. The bed was big and nice, and the price suited my budget. The location was perfect, right by Kuromon market and a seemingly endless shopping maze stretching from nipombashi past Osaka station. I’ll definitely book here again when I'm in the area.

For the money, this place is excellent. It's near Kuromon Market, around 300 meters from Nippombashi Station exit 8. The hotel was clean, the service was great, and we loved the spacious rooms and large bathrooms with a separate shower area. 😍😍
