The rate was quite reasonable, and I found the futon mat comfortable. The room has a Japanese style, with a low table and a chair without legs rather than a desk, and a futon instead of a bed. If you're used to the kind of rooms from typical American hotel brands, this may come as a shock. But if you enjoy local accommodations, you may like it a lot. Osaka station, Umeda station, and Higashiumeda station are all within walking distance, and the hotel was quite interesting.

Aside from the staff member on the morning of January 20, 2026, everyone I encountered from that afternoon through the morning of the 21st was warm and lovely. I also liked the shampoo buffet. There was construction directly in front, and before 9:00 AM the men's laughter, drilling, and machinery woke me up. I'd like the machine noise and the talking and laughing to stop after 10:00 PM. The bath had a smell that I discussed with other female guests, apparently after the men had bathed first in both the evening and morning. lol Even with that, the stay was very comfortable. I'll definitely come back someday.

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel has a large public bath. Safety might be a slight concern because of the location. Breakfast was generous, lol. It would help if they could provide extra toilet paper. The service was great, and I'll definitely stay again. Thanks for your help!

There's a lot of information posted in the elevator, all at the same level. I know they're trying hard, but organizing it would make it much easier to follow. The hotel is a little old, and some people might be uneasy about the facilities nearby, but it's good value. Breakfast and late-night ramen, with rice bowls available, are included, so I'd recommend it for business trips or solo travel. It could suit couples who are fine with the surroundings, though I'm unsure about families with small children. I'd stay again.
