The location made it easy to grab a quick meal, with a convenience store under a minute away and a Chinese restaurant next door. We also found the staff friendly and helpful, and check-in and requests went smoothly. There are cots available too, which came in handy. We stayed in the Grand Family Room on our second visit to this hotel chain. It was comfortable and sensibly arranged, with the bathroom and toilet in separate spaces. The washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner, and scale were useful extras. The room was very quiet, and we didn’t hear the neighboring rooms at all. The elevator serves 10 floors and sometimes took a few minutes to arrive. Even so, this was another reliable stay, and we’d gladly pick this chain again.

The front desk staff were wonderful, and we’d recommend this place to families with young children. We could walk easily to Namba station, with lots of Kombini and restaurants nearby. Even though Dotonbori was close, the hotel was far enough from the busy area to stay quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our room for seven had everything we needed, and the staff were so friendly. It’s in a great spot for Dotonburi and other well-known places in Osaka. We’d absolutely recommend it.

We were here in October with two adults and two kids, and the location worked well, about a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest station. Having an in-room washer that also dries clothes was really convenient. The one issue was the cleaning schedule, which was every two days. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, so having extra supplies in the room would have made things better.

I’d read a few reviews before choosing this hotel for my first visit to Osaka. If we come back, we’ll stay here again for sure. Yo and Sandi at the front desk were both really friendly and helpful, and gave us great tips for nearby food and shopping. We’ll definitely return.
