Osaka Fujiya Hotel

A handy place to stay if you want to shop around Glico. There’s plenty to eat nearby, and it’s easy to walk around the shopping area. The bathroom was clean. The room isn’t very big, but it works for a bit of downtime. I’d recommend it.

The morning shift manager was especially helpful when we needed to sort out a banking procedure. He gave us a lot of assistance, and we’re really grateful. We enjoyed staying at the hotel.

I ended up cleaning the air conditioner cover myself because I didn’t want dust blowing at me. If they won’t fix it, they could at least wipe it down or take the cover off. The room was extremely dirty. There weren’t many free amenities to take, and there was no shower cap. They also still use old-fashioned keys, with just one key for two people. I should be paid for doing their job!!!

It was acceptable, and the staff weren’t rude, though they weren’t especially friendly either. The room felt like two beds had been squeezed into a single room, and it was too small for me. The hotel is 700m from the train station, but the nearest exit has no lift for luggage. Noise was another issue: we heard the people next door and kids running in the halls through the poorly soundproofed walls.
