The hosts were accommodating and obliging, and the place was very clean. It's small, but cheaper than other places and close to a subway station. We had a great stay. I do wish they'd improve the ventilation, since there was no fan in our room.

The lounge is great, and the beds are comfortable. The hostel feels cosy and has a family atmosphere, with a nice location. It's all clean, and the design mixes a modern touch with Japanese style. You can use the toaster, rice cooker, microwave, and hotplate. The staff really make the place, running things well and always ready with tips or a chat. I definitely recommend it.

It's tucked away and quiet enough to unwind on a vacation or short getaway, without being too busy. Nearby you'll find public baths, grocery stores, and transport stations. The little kitchen covers most needs. Inside, it's clean, comfortable, cosy, and furnished with good taste. A friend recommended it, and the staff were personable and helpful, with assistance in English, Japanese, and Mandarin.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days in Osaka and really liked the warm, relaxed feel. The hostel is cute and super affordable, and the owners are lovely, friendly people who speak great English. Such a cosy experience.

Quiet, clean, and close to the subway for getting into the city center or nearby areas. The staff are very friendly and speak English, Chinese, and Japanese, maybe more. If I'm back in Osaka, I'll stay at Hostel Kai Osaka again for sure :)
