We were pleasantly surprised by how roomy and clean the rooms were. The location was great too, and whenever we messaged the staff through booking.com, they got back to us quickly. We'd happily stay here again.

The room was fine, though the thick pillows might leave your neck uncomfortable. Check-in and checkout are handled on a tablet. Shinshaibashi is about 10 minutes away, and Nippombashi station is a five-minute walk, handy if you're heading to Kyoto.

The bed was comfortable, though on the small side, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean as expected, with all the basic amenities. It's also within walking distance of the nearest train station.

Check-in was easy and the price felt like decent value up to a point. There wasn't much kitchenware, and I missed having a full-length mirror. The bigger problem was the smell: over my five-day stay, the room kept smelling like old fish whenever we came back. We aired out the apartment, but nothing got rid of it.

For what we paid, the room was huge and surprisingly high quality. It was about ¥4000 per person each night. Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi are a 10-minute walk away, and FamilyMart is just two minutes away for a late-night snack. We did have a toilet problem, but it was fixed quickly. I'd definitely consider this hotel again if I return to Osaka.
