PG Kuromon

The rooms were spacious and clean, but the lack of service made the stay frustrating. It was extremely difficult to find staff, practically no one seemed available during the day, and even simple requests became inconvenient. Checkout was at 10:00 AM, earlier than the more usual 11:00 AM. We left at 11:00 AM and were charged ¥4,400 for the extra hour, which felt excessive. Most hotels charge around ¥1,000 to ¥2,500 for late checkout. There was no flexibility, and staff were absent when needed. They also wouldn’t let us leave our luggage anywhere on the property, even on the ground floor, though our flight was in the evening. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

The washing machine broke at night, but the front desk came up right away to help. She also changed our bedsheets and towels while she was there. The place was tidy and clean when we arrived, and it’s very convenient for Kuromon fish market and the food area. I’d recommend it and come back next time we’re in osaka.

A good-sized apartment for two, and I think they have larger ones too. It has a fridge and freezer, hob, washing machine, and all the usual things. The location is convenient, near Nippombashi station and about a 15-minute walk from Dontomburi.

Everything was easy to reach on foot, which made getting around simple. It’s very close to Kuromon Market, the station, and Dotonbori. Great place to stay, highly recommended!
