The location was really good for our three-week stay. The metro goes where you need to go, and there are train stations nearby too. The problem was the linen. We weren’t allowed a change and were told to wash it ourselves, along with being told this wasn’t a luxury place. For a short visit, I think it’s worth it. For a longer one, be ready to hear about every little cost.
The host was helpful and informative from booking right through to departure. Check-in came with clear instructions, though I called them riddles: first a PIN to enter the building, then a special code and safe-style number dial for the lockbox. A fun start to my first Osaka trip. It felt like a real home, with a fridge, microwave, stove and cookware, tableware, and even a washing machine with detergent. The place was spotless, and the instruction book was very detailed. I first tried using AI to understand it, which only confused me more, then found the manual. The bathroom dryer has a clothes-drying setting, and laundry I hung up before bed was dry by morning. There’s one double bed and two single beds, so up to four people can stay comfortably. The location is perfect, only a few meters from Hanazonocho Station, less than a two-minute walk, and the station has an elevator that helped with suitcases. A Family Mart is practically attached to the house for late-night snacks. At the nearest intersection, Izumaya Food Market discounts ready-to-eat meals, including sushi, by up to 40% after 8 PM. Halal Namba Ramen is a five-minute walk away. When my suitcase broke, the host kindly offered to dispose of it, which I appreciated given Japan’s strict trash rules. I added the service through the Airbnb app, without paying cash directly, and the fee was reasonable. Exceptional stay. I’ll definitely return.
I spent a week here and found it a great place, with excellent connections and lots of convenience stores nearby. The residence has everything tourists need.
The host was friendly, and the location was great. It was clean too. The walls are very thin, though, so you and the neighbors can hear each other faintly.
The staff were really friendly, and the location was convenient. Everything in the apartment matched the pictures. I liked staying here and plan to come back. If you're visiting Osaka, this is a good place to stay.
