A clean Airbnb apartment, though it feels quite cozy for two, so I’m not sure it would work well for a couple with young kids. There are plenty of food options close by: fried chicken across the road, hot pot opposite the river, grilled meat farther down the main road, and a Lawson next door.

A roomy studio with an L-shaped sofa to relax on and a kitchen. It’s close to Nipponbashi station, Dotonbori, convenience stores, and a supermarket that’s open 24/7.

The host's attitude was awful, and they ignored our messages instead of cleaning the room for us. The bed frame was broken, the chair had a huge stain, and the apartment looked completely different from the ad. The sheets and pillows were yellowed and smelled bad, clearly not changed after the previous guest checked out. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Disgusting experience, and I don’t think anyone should book it.

I arrived without a key and couldn’t get anyone to answer the service line. I spent over two hours waiting out on the street while Agoda tried to sort it out, only to be told, “the owner can't provide for the period of time,” even though I’d made a reservation and received confirmation. It took hours to find somewhere to stay, costing me half a day of my precious vacation. Ms. Chang from Agoda was very kind and helpful, though. Thank you!

The room hadn’t been cleaned, and when I needed help the host said he was a stranger. Then, while we were still inside, someone just walked in. Frustrating and disappointing from start to finish 😡 I can’t believe a hotel like this even exists 🤬
