Mr. Solaman made the start of my stay especially pleasant. From my first day, he was welcoming, attentive, and patient, always ready to help with a genuine smile. Even though this was my third visit to RIHGA Royal Hotel and I already knew the property, he took time to explain the facilities in detail and make sure I had what I needed during my 6-day stay. His warmth made me feel valued as a returning guest. He combines professionalism with real kindness, and his service reflects well on the hotel. I’m grateful and want to commend him for making the beginning of my stay so memorable.

We had a relaxing stay at RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka. The atmosphere felt luxurious, and the hotel was elegant, clean, and comfortable. Our spacious room was well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help. Getting around was convenient, with public transport and nearby attractions easy to reach. Breakfast offered a good range of choices. Thanks to the whole team for making our visit enjoyable. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

Matthew. L from the concierge team was efficient and very helpful with our request. He went out of his way to support our comfort, and I’m grateful for that. RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka, Vignette Collection is a beautiful, clean, luxurious property with impressive facilities. As an international traveler, I sometimes felt a bit lost because some areas had limited English signs and communication. The hotel seems more focused on local and regional guests right now. As a newer brand in IHG Hotels & Resorts luxury collection, I’m sure its international guest experience will keep developing. The property is very well maintained and we had a great stay.

The room was good, and housekeeping did a good job. But the temperature stayed above 24 Celsius even with the thermostat set to 18. Check-in took forever despite there being no one else there, because the employee kept having to ask someone else questions.

We booked as a family with breakfast included, but at check-in they tried to charge for breakfast for my kids. I showed them the reservation with the kids’ names and breakfast included, and they initially wouldn’t accept it, though they finally did. They also wanted to charge for pool access. I’ve never seen a 5 stars hotel charge for the pool. There’s also a rule that children under 10 cannot use the pool after 6 pm. I don’t understand why the time matters. Families visiting Osaka briefly may only have time to use the facilities after 6. My daughter was very upset when she couldn’t go in, and management was rigid when I tried to discuss it. I even offered to go in with my son while she sat next to us, but they refused. Communication with the staff was very difficult, and their inflexibility made the situation worse. They call themselves a 5 star hotel, but in my view they aren’t.
