The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean and well stocked, and I liked the cute decor. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with a large grocery store nearby, and the location was convenient for our USJ trip. The kitchenette was there, though I didn't use it. There was also a washing machine with detergent, which I didn't use. Staff were professional in our LINE chats, and the check-in/out directions were clear and detailed. Items in the unit had labels in English and Chinese. A few layout things to know: Unit 101 is on two floors, and the Japanese/Western style room's sleeping areas don't have doors. The loft connects to the other bedroom and you have to go through it to get upstairs. The ceilings are low, especially in the loft, where we couldn't stand up. The stairs are narrow and steep, so luggage might be awkward, and you won't be able to block sound between the sleeping areas. I stayed one night with a friend on a weekend trip to USJ. Check-in and checkout are self-service. If you book directly through their site, payment and those steps happen via LINE. I used basic Japanese and Google Translate, though I think they can manage English too. I'd recommend the place and stay again, keeping the stairs and lack of bedroom doors in mind.
