There was a nice balcony with an open view over the city, and the aircon worked well. The room also had Japanese tea, a large machine for cold and hot water, a few facemasks, and some luxurious hygiene items. Each day they cleaned our room perfectly and gave us the best service. The hotel staff speak very limited English, but they're so friendly and helpful that it doesn't matter. It's in the heart of Osaka, about a five-minute walk from the nearest train station, making trips to Kyoto and other nearby areas easy. There are a couple of local TV channels too. We'd definitely come back.

The room was huge and had lots of extra features I hadn't expected. Reception were delightful and welcoming. I absolutely loved the stay, and it was great value for money. I'd suggest it to any couple, 100/10.

The only good thing was the water dispenser. The room was dirty, the sound echoed, and the video content was so old that young people probably wouldn't know any of it. I stayed with my girlfriend, but had to leave before her for work and was treated like a criminal. They'd asked at the start whether I'd pay by cash or card, but later insisted it was cash only and that I had to pay first, saying things like, "I need to hear your voice" and "The man must pay first." When I explained that my girlfriend was tired and still asleep, they kept insisting I wake her. It was upsetting, wasted a lot of my time, and was the first time I'd ever been treated this way. I was extremely upset from the morning and will never go back. I don't recommend it. I could understand a policy meant to reduce crime risk if they'd explained it beforehand, but they should have confirmed it at the right time, phrased it better, and at least apologized.

The room was odor-free and fairly clean, but small, and both the bathroom and bathtub were small too. I used the place on a Sunday afternoon and paid 9,280 yen for two hours, which made me blurt out, "Wow! That's expensive!" 😳 I don't think the price was shown on the initial panel. I checked the website later and saw that stays over 90 minutes are charged at the three-hour rate.
