The room had a small sofa and a proper work table, and you can cook there too. It’s in a handy spot for shopping. The elevator is useful if you’re carrying heavy luggage, and towels, slippers, and a hairdryer are provided. The air conditioning and heater worked well. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and both were very clean and looked new. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. My only wish was for two pillows per bed, since the one provided was too thin. I put some extra clothes under it to support my neck. I took the attached video from my room’s balcony. Nearly perfect, and highly recommended.

The staff were really nice and tried to explain the different opinions to me. Five-star service! I couldn’t actually stay at the hotel because the size of our party changed.

It felt more like an apartment, and everything was clean and spacious. The bed was a good size, the bathroom was modern with a decent sized bath, and there was even a small kitchen we didn’t use. For what we paid, it was great value and I’d definitely recommend it.

Getting around was easy because the apartment is close to public transport and popular sights. The place itself was spacious and nice, with clear self check-in instructions. There’s no luggage storage at the property, but a good storage service is nearby.

The room is simple, with twin beds and a sofa bed, and it worked for our family of three. The location was great, near both the metro and JR and within walking distance of Shinsekai. Check-in and check-out are self-service.
