We stayed in room 301 in July. Getting around was easy: the subway is a five-minute walk, and Tennoji park and Namba are each about 10-15 minutes away on foot in opposite directions. There are plenty of shops nearby, though the area itself is quiet and felt safe. The apartment was spacious, and while we mostly used the fridge, the kitchen seemed well equipped. There’s a garbage room just outside the entrance that was emptied daily, and a washing machine downstairs for 3 x 100 yen. Self check-in was straightforward, and the code lock was convenient for our group of four. The drawbacks were weak Wi-Fi in the bedroom, no elevator, and a bathroom door that wouldn’t lock. Carrying heavy suitcases upstairs was a bit of a struggle. Still, it was good value and easy to reach the places we wanted to visit.

A spacious, new apartment in a calm, secure part of Osaka, yet close to the tourist spots. A hidden gem, highly recommend.

The room was very clean and quiet, with the kitchen utensils, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron, and other essentials all provided. Ebisucho Station is about 350 meters away, or a five-minute walk. Tsutenkaku Tower is nearby too, along with an electric scooter rental and charging shop. There were plenty of convenient, tasty food options around, and LIFE Shinmodera store stays open until midnight. At the start of the street, Joshin Nipponbashi sells all kinds of electronics and toys. The landlord was helpful and said to text if anything came up. The guesthouse is listed on booking.com as Su Yi. My main gripe was the lack of an elevator. I was on the second floor, and hauling my luggage up and down was tiring. I booked through Booking.com, and was very satisfied overall. I’d definitely come back if I get the chance.

I liked everything here. It’s quiet and good for relaxing, and the space is larger than at other places. If you’re Korean, I think you’ll really like it too. Just be aware that convenience stores and restaurants are a bit far away.
