Ann replied promptly whenever we needed something, and the instructions were clear. The place was easy to find, right beside a 7-11, with a Lawson one block away. Check-in and checkout were smooth. It felt secure, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with climate control and everything we needed, including a microwave and a decent-sized fridge. We also liked having local TV channels and slept well. Highly recommend.

We liked the two-night stay a lot. The room was just the right size for our small family, and the self check-in and checkout went smoothly. It's in a very convenient spot near restaurants, shopping, and transit.

The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the location is excellent, close to Shinsaibashisuji, Dotonbori, convenience stores, and the train station.

We had a really nice two-bedroom apartment, super big compared with what's common in Japan. Lawson is a block away, and the place is five blocks from a station. Namba and dotombori are walkable, so you've pretty much got everything you need to enjoy osaka.
