The room in 301 worked well for our four-night stay, and I’d never had a better Airbnb experience. It was roomy and spotless, with a modern look inside and out. The residential setting stayed quiet at night, yet the nearest station was only a ten-minute walk away. There were handy high-tech touches: motion-sensor lights in the toilet, bathroom, and hallway, plus a toilet seat that opened as you entered. The bathroom also had a jacuzzi bath with a TV. Checking in was easy through a tablet on the first floor, which gave us the room passcode. My one gripe was the bed. The mattress felt too firm, and the wooden frame creaked whenever we shifted, even a little. The memory foam pillows were comfortable, though.

The beds were the weak point for me. They felt very poor quality and made it hard to sleep, and footsteps from upstairs were really annoying on nearly every night. The train station was also a bit of a walk. On the plus side, the room was large, with a couch, kitchen, and two queen beds, so it could suit a family with kids. The toilet was high-tech, and there was a bathtub with a TV. Our room was on the first floor. I’d give it three stars.

There’s a 24-hour restaurant at the intersection by the convenience store, and both the metro and train station are within walking distance. The room was spacious for a reasonable price, with an excellent shower room and restroom. My one complaint was the poor mattress.

The room was spacious and the location decent, but our stay was very poor. The mattress situation was especially unpleasant: both beds seemed to sag, made odd noises when we moved, and didn’t look clean. After leaving, everyone in our family had allergic reactions and insect bites. We could also hear the guests upstairs because the soundproofing was bad. The checkout problem made things worse. The posted checkout time was 11:00 AM, but the night before, the landlord announced that the elevator would be unavailable from 10:00 PM to 11:30 PM. With heavy luggage, we asked if we could leave half an hour later and were told we had to check out at 10:00 AM instead. We had to carry our suitcases down the emergency stairs, and saw another group doing the same. Since checkout was listed as 11:00 AM, I don’t think they should have scheduled elevator maintenance from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM or insisted guests leave at 10:00. It felt like they were deliberately making things difficult. Check-in was self-service. The first-floor lobby was dirty and messy, and even after following the instructions ahead of time, it took us about ten minutes to complete check-in on the screen.

The rest of the stay was great, but a few things bothered me. There were only two laundry detergent packets for four nights, so I had to buy more at the supermarket. I could hear heavy footsteps from above, almost like drums. The bed also creaked when I turned over in my sleep, even though it didn’t seem old.
