The location was the best part for me. Tennoji park and its lovely Keitakuen garden are right nearby, with the impressive Shitonneji temple compound across the street. There are plenty of good food options around, lots of convenience stores, and the 62 bus takes you one stop to the large shopping center at Tennoji station. For the low price, the hotel covers the basics well. The rooms are small, and the bathroom feels tight, but everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked the Onsen, although its opening hours are quite limited.

Small but adequate rooms, with the typically hard Japanese beds and pillows. The price was good for what you get. Tennoji station is close, making it easy to get around, and there's lots of shopping nearby. You can also walk to Dotonbori or take the metro a short distance.

We only spent one night here, but I'd happily have stayed longer. It was clean and tidy, had everything we needed, and I'd recommend it.

We stayed just one night before flying out of Osaka. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything we needed was available. Although the room and bathroom were small, the layout worked fine for us. We fit one trolley, a medium suitcase, and our backpacks, and could pack and unpack comfortably. The location is excellent, just steps from Tennoji Station, shops, Tsūtenkaku Tower, and plenty of places to eat in the evening. A nice little hotel for a brief visit or a transit stop.
