Super Hotel Premier Osaka Honmachi

This was our second stay, and we'd definitely come back. Super hotel really has a lot of thoughtful touches: nightwear, great pillows, Netflix, healthy water, and a service for sending luggage to the airport. You can check the breakfast area or spa for crowds. The spa deserves a mention of its own. Its filtration system seemed very efficient, and it was an interesting experience as a tourist. Everything was spotlessly clean, and breakfast had plenty of choices. It's close to metro stations, with a FamilyMart downstairs. I've attached a few text shots of what they offer.

I spent three nights on the ladies-only floor, which made me feel really safe. The staff were friendly and helpful, the onsen was good, and there was a laundromat. Best of all, the hair dryer in my room was fantastic. Thank you.

The rooms were clean and updated enough, in the usual business-hotel style. For the price, it was a great stay. The subway station is right in front, connecting to all the big subway lines in Osaka. The onsen is amazing and was renovated in Feb of 2024, so it's definitely worth trying. Breakfast is mostly Japanese style, but I think there's enough choice for foreigners too.

We slept really well. The rooms stayed clean and seemed soundproof, and staff were pleasant and helpful, especially the lady greeting us each morning at breakfast and the kitchen team. They brought good energy to the mornings. The breakfast was healthy, with really fresh, tasty salads. There were lots of thoughtful supplies too: an air purifier and humidifier for a more comfortable night's rest, pyjamas, a yukata for bathing that meant less laundry to wash, and fabric sanitiser and refresher spray. The toiletries were good quality, so I didn't need my own. Storage was limited and seemed better suited to short visits. For a longer stay, keeping our things organised was a bit of a hassle. It might help if the hotel loaned movable storage or hanger racks. The laundry machines were clean, in good shape, and useful. One night a family used all three dryers and ran them for two hours. I couldn't get a turn until after 2am, so I didn't get to bed until after 3am. Maybe the hotel could ask each room to use one machine at a time and add two more dryers on the 3rd floor. Even with those annoyances, I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay at Super Hotel again.
