Tamade Sakura House

This happened a while back, when I was going to Osaka for Kwon Oppa's concert. I'd booked through AgouX. Three days before the trip, I contacted the host, who asked for a passport photo before sending the room code. On the day we arrived, the code didn't work. While we were standing there stunned, someone opened the door and asked what was going on. We thought it was the host, but it was the guest staying in the room. We explained that we'd booked it, and she seemed as confused as we were. She pointed us to the contact number on the door and asked us to call the host. My Japanese friend tried calling, but nobody picked up. AgouX customer service couldn't reach the host either. They eventually insisted we prove someone was staying there. After a lot of persuading, we knocked and asked the guest. She thought the situation was absurd and showed us proof of her Bookxxx reservation. The booking dates overlapped with ours. We still couldn't get hold of the host. AgouX refunded us, and we had to spend more money to find somewhere for the weekend. While we were trying to track down the landlord and collect evidence, a Chinese girl who was also checking in, and a fan of Quan, told us the landlord hadn't sent them the room key or password either. She thought she'd be stuck finding another place like us. But she contacted the landlord once and got an email with the key and room details very smoothly. They got very lucky. The landlord didn't even read or answer our messages 🙈, but replied to theirs right away.
