The laundry setup was a nice touch: we could use the washer and dryer in the bathroom for free, and detergent was provided too. The room was roomy and spotless. For stays longer than six days, you can arrange free room cleaning with the hotel. We checked in by email without any hassle, even though there isn’t a regular reception desk. When we had a question, the hotel usually replied within minutes through email or the booking app. I was really happy with the stay and would come back.

The staff were quick to answer our questions and help us out. Our three-person room had enough amenities, and we were surprised by how spacious and thoughtfully laid out it was. It was comfortable and clean throughout. I’d look to book here again on my next trip to Japan.

Six of us stayed from May 1-6, 2025, and the room had lots of usable space and was clean. The shower and toilet were separate, and getting in and out felt secure with the password system. It was easy to get around from here, with the train station nearby and connections to many important places. I’d definitely return next time I’m in Japan.

We were a bit nervous about using a self-check-in hotel on our first visit to Osaka, but everything went smoothly and it met all our expectations. It’s close to the train and metro, and shopping at Shinzekai market is nearby too. We’d recommend it.
