Getting around Osaka was easy from Honmachi station, which was five minutes or less away, and the neighborhood stayed quiet at night. We slept well throughout our five-night stay. The hotel felt secure too: everyone had to pass the 24/7 front desk before reaching the guest elevators, which also required a key card. We stayed in a Superior Room Double - Non-Smoking. There was enough room to open two checked suitcases, which felt like a good amount of space for Osaka. The room was clean, with a full cleaning after our third night. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a separate toilet, and the water pressure was good. We could adjust the heating and cooling, and the elevators were quick. Six washing machines were handy, and a webpage showed availability since they were popular. We also used the luggage transfer service, which was quick and easy. For the price, I couldn't recommend it more.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were very helpful, and the hotel had good views. Its location was also ideal, within walking distance of Dotonburi and metro stations, with cafes and convenience stores nearby. The main problems were noise and connectivity. With the windows open, loud cars and motorcycles outside were hard to ignore. The Wi-Fi was terribly slow, so getting your own e/Sim is a better idea. The TV had only a few channels, and if you wanted to watch something on your phone instead, the poor Wi-Fi meant using your own data, so a good data package would help. Apart from those things, the hotel is excellent. Enjoy Osaka!

We had a great meal at Picnika restaurant on the 17th floor, with excellent service and delicious sirloin and sushi. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom shower combo was great. Reception is on the 16th floor, so you need to switch elevators to get to your room. A great stay.

The location puts you right in the heart of the city, and the staff were really friendly. Reception greeted us whenever we passed, spoke good English, and smoothly arranged to send my luggage to my next hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a bathtub. You do have to take one lift to reception and another to the rooms, but it was manageable.
