We arrived early and left our luggage with the inn until check-in time. The staff greeted us when we came back from visiting Osaka attractions, and they were very friendly. The room felt cosy, and the soap, body wash, and shampoo were really nice.

The room was just okay, with little space, and the Wi-Fi was quite slow. Breakfast was free and good, though. The location was great, right outside the metro and only a three-minute walk from the Osaka Loop Line.

The breakfast isn't very varied, but it's high quality. The hotel is very clean and worth the price, with the subway and JR line very close by. I didn't care for the new mattress found at every Toyoko INN, since it's very hard. I prefer the older mattresses and duvets.

We stayed for a week without any problems. It's a practical transit hotel: clean, reasonably priced, and close to transport, with nice staff and free breakfast. The rooms are small and the bathroom tiny. There's in-room AC, free Wi-Fi, soap, and a nightgown. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

The mobile Wi-Fi reception was poor because of the surrounding buildings, which was the one issue. The hotel is tucked into a corner, but the nearest JR station isn't far. The subway line is very close and goes straight to Namba for good food. The quality is what you'd expect from a Toyoko Inn.
